Fantastic company to deal with. We stored our caravan here for a little over a year but due to the pandemic and a change in circumstances we had to sell but all the way through Sam was fantastic to deal with. During it’s time here we also got a service done and that was a breeze to organise. Fantastic company hopefully will continue to grow. Highly recommend.
An excellent customer experience. Took time to give a thorough and detailed quote before undertaking work. Was kept informed throughout and am very happy with service received. As well as damp repair a couple of little jobs were completed and an m.o.t. which helped enormously. Work completed to time scale and very reasonably priced. I had had my Caravan inspected by Code 11 and what I can say is the service provided was impeccable. Sam and Lindsey were very courteous and give me the detail about the service that would be carried out and also advise what should be replaced/fixed and what was not essential. Very honest and nice people.
We have stored our caravan for nearly 12 months now, Sam is extremely helpful and very professional, having Code 11 service our caravan on site is so handy too, could not recommend them enough.
